Can't recommend the team at FSP enough. Ethan was an amazing physio for my ACL repair. He is very knowledgable and also incredibly patient. He would always adjust the program depending on the situation and would always listen to every little concern you have. The way he explains everything shows that he knows what he's talking about and also explains it in a way so that you can understand it properly. You can tell that he is very hard working and even with little sleep, he always delivers and is in general, very down to earth and easy to talk to. Cannot recommend him enough. We have seen a significant improvement in my childs heel after just one consultation and the custom-made soles. He loves them and experiences little to no pain most of the time. Took my son after months and months of pain, struggling to walk and play sport! We had been to the podiatrist (nil relief)and another physio (which helped for a short time) so we were desperate for relief! The severs clinic have delivered!I was skeptical spending the dollars after what we had already spent, however after a good month in his shoes with the orthotics we now have clear relief and the pain has subsided! I feel his gait is improving again, and he is moving so much better on his feet! So thank you for this!

We recently purchased Sole Maid insoles for my son, who has been struggling with heel pain caused by Sever’s disease. I have to admit, I was a bit sceptical about whether they would actually work, but I’m so glad we bit the bullet and gave them a try. After our 10yo daughter has suffered through 12 months of pain as the result of her severs and no relief from traditional treatments methods we visited the Severs Centre and went through the fitting process for the Solemaids inserts. Such down to earth people, making such a tedious process of rehab enjoyable, motivating me to push through such adversities. My very active 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with severs disease around 6 months ago - she had however been suffering for over 12 months before she was diagnosed. The only solution she was offered for the pain was rest, which is virtually impossibly for any kid, let along an extremely active kid. The pain became so sever she could barely walk after school one day. After much googling I came across the Severe Centre and decided it was worth a shot. And what a great shot it was! She walked out of the appointment almost pain free apart from associated pain triggered by the heel pain. After 2 weeks her pain, which was around an 8 to 9 on the pain scale out of 10, was down to 2. She now can continue with all her sports pain free. The Soulmaids insole has been worth every cent!!

I came here at the end of last year with a back problem. I had a few physio sessions with Dan and was provided with great service and a wealth of knowledge. Unfortunately in those few months we weren’t able to fix the issue with just simple at home exercises. So he recommended the exercise program in the Full Speed gym.I then spent about 4 months doing the program and it was great time. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully fix my back issue as I had to end my membership for personal reasons. However, there was great improvements in my strength and pain overall. With Tom leading along with Chloe, Muon and Sam, I was truly taken care of.I can’t fault anything in the Full Speed team. The knowledge, care, attention to detail and constant assistance they provided was absolutely world class. My son has severs and while he was trying to push on playing his soccer, he was well out of form and having trouble running. My son has been suffering with severs and the pain was quite unbearable, which in turn, he missed out on many soccer training evenings and games. After seeing the great reviews with helping with severs, we decided to seek the help of Full Speed Performance.Dan was wonderful with his approach, explained how everything worked, and had the insoles on hand to not have to come back for another fitting.My son felt instant relief. The insoles have been amazing and he gets through his games and training with a simile on his face.The only thing is my son has an initial discomfort with the hump in the insoles which lift the heel, however that is short lived.Highly recommend.

I'd highly recommend the rehab and athletic development program if you are someone with a recurring injury or muscular issue but don't know the steps needed to fix it.Dan and the rest of the staff at FSP have been great at putting together a program for me to work on an Iliotibial Band issue I've had for over 3 years. I was quite sceptical that these insoles would work for my 13 yo son’s severs, but after a week or two of getting used to them, he is back to a full load of sport each week with very little pain. We chose to go to full speed performance after I read about their possible solution for Severs!After Daniel confirmed my son indeed had Severs, him to try new insoles in his shoes at the appointment.One run without - pain 8/10, second run with insoles instantly down to 1/10 literally shocked my son, his reaction was the best!They have been a game changer for my son, who wasn't keen on the "rest approach", given the huge amount of sporting commitments he has!No more missed trainings/game time due to pain.Occasionally he has some overlaying ache after big matches but nothing like pre-insoles.Highly recommend Daniel!

Highly recommend!!! Our 12 y/o son had been suffering from severs disease for over 6 months. We tried the usual treatment options and visited multiple physios and podiatrists with little success. This was an extremely difficult time for this once active football player who had to cut back on his training load and suffer in pain. A few weeks ago whilst researching online I stumbled across a new product called Solemaids for severs. Daniel was the only authorised physio in Victoria who offered this service. In only one appointment Daniel had the solemaids measured, made and tested with 100% immediate pain relief. He was running and jumping with no pain! The smile on my sons face said it all. Hi Daniel,Rei has been feeling very happy with the insoles so far, as his heel has experienced no pain while playing football. I came to Full Speed Performance with a shoulder issue that had been ongoing and got to a point where I could no longer continue training (BJJ / Wrestling) as it got to its worst stages.I booked in with Daniel who from the get go went straight to trying to find the cause rather than treat the pain.After some assessments Daniel worked out what was going on quickly and gave me a bunch of exercises to do to build stability & strengthen the weak points that were leading to repeated injuries.My shoulder is now feeling 10x better, I’m training again and with proven testing methods Daniels shown how my weaker shoulder has almost caught up to my dominant side & has really helped a lot.I highly recommend this company, they have an incredible facility & really know their stuff.I’ll be coming back anytime I get injured in the future.Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I first saw Dan at Full Speed back in June 2023, as I had very bad ankle pain and I wasn’t able to find a solution with other medical professionals.Dan was amazing straight out of the gate, he supported me and regularly saw me for treatment and got me to get scans done straight away.After the issue with my ankle was diagnosed, I signed up to the membership plan with them (highly recommended) and started seeing Tom regularly for rehab exercise/training sessions. Tom was also amazing, very professional and experienced. He supported me through every session and him and Dan worked very well together to give me the best treatment, advice and support that I have ever received.I could not recommend Full Speed Performance enough, they are the best out there. Some months ago, I developed lower back issues from gym. I went to see Daniel. At first, I was a little uncertain and skeptical he could help me. After seeing Daniel for 4 sessions (and gaining knowledge on targeted lower back exercises), I tragically caused an L4, L5 issue that a surgeon said I would need surgery for. Once the traumatic pain subsided, I decided to continue the regime that Daniel gave me. Not only have I recovered, but am thriving and continuing to increase PB's. Also, 7 months later, my surgeon looked at me with bewilderment and said I no longer needed surgery and to keep doing what I was doing. I am the fittest I have been in years. I want to praise Daniel on his methods and cant recommend him highly enough. I am transformed and I owe it all to Daniel. Thank you.

Saw Dan after my daughter had a bad ankle injury from netball. Honestly would not go anywhere else! Very thorough and clear about the injury, what is required to recover etc. My daughter completed her rehab onsite using their facilities (which are brilliant) and I think is the reason she has recovered so well. Completing her rehab onsite and under supervision meant that she completed her exercises safely and correctly - meaning they had the desired effect as quickly as possible. The testing throughout was great so we could really see the improvements she was making and know that she wasn’t doing exercises too soon that could possibly jeopardise her recovery. Absolutely believe her recovery would not be as strong or quick if she completed her rehab at home. She now understands so much more about how and what exercises to do to support her ankles and build strength etc which no doubt will improve her netball. Thanks Dan & Tom for all your support in getting her back to the sport she loves. You guys really provide such a brilliant service, above and beyond the standard.

In April 2023 my son could barely walk off the pitch from knee pain, he was told to go home home and stop playing the sport he loves most until the pain goes away.
