We Don't Guess What You Need To Improve. We Test It.
Before the Academy begins, every athlete completes a comprehensive Performance Testing Day.
We establish where you're starting, identify your biggest opportunities for improvement and use those results to determine the focus of your six-week program.
This means athletes aren't simply placed into the same generic off-season program.
Your testing doesn't sit in a report. It dictates your training.
