Our Philosophy.
Our philosophy has been refined over years of hands on experience with a range of diverse clientele.
-
We need to determine where and why you are experiencing your symptoms. Then, we will provide ways to speed up healing. We may utilise hands on treatment here, along with VALD testing equipment to get an objective measurement of where you are in your rehab journey.
-
Now, we rebuild your specific load that your injury requires to ensure optimal recovery - we do this via a detailed load plan. Re-introduction of the key performance components of your sport will occur.
-
Here is where you start to regain strength in the areas that need it most. Your return to high performance has begun.
-
Next, we’ll replicate aspects (eventually entire actions and forces) of your sport into your rehab - in preparation for returning to sport.
-
Finally, you return to sport - stronger, faster and more robust than pre-injury.
